Dr. Cheah is a technologist and business leader with deep expertise in surface engineering, coating technologies, and advanced manufacturing. As Group CEO of the Orion Group of Companies, he drives innovation and global growth across its engineering and manufacturing divisions. With over two decades of experience, he has translated materials science into commercial success, with 10+ patents and 100+ research publications. He earned his PhD from Nanyang Technological University and is recognised for bridging scientific innovation with large-scale industrial impact.

Eugene is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with over three decades of experience in materials manufacturing and industrial innovation. He founded and grew a manufacturing enterprise that became one of Apple's top 200 global suppliers, and led it through a successful merger and acquisition in 2018. As Group Chairman of the Orion Group of Companies, he drives strategic growth and governance across its portfolio. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Ternary Fund Management and supports community causes, including the Sian Chay Medical Institution.

Prof. Guan is a leading figure in artificial intelligence and data science, serving as Deputy Dean and President's Chair in Computer Science and Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). He also holds joint appointments with the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine and co-directs the S-Lab for Advanced Intelligence and the Rehabilitation Research Institute of Singapore. As Director of NTU's Artificial Intelligence Research Institute (AI.R), he bridges computing innovation and healthcare innovation. He is a Fellow of IEEE, AIMBE, the Academy of Engineering Singapore, and the U.S. National Academy of Inventors, and previously headed A*STAR's Institute for Infocomm Research.

Dr. Oh is a technology leader and entrepreneur with deep expertise in wireless systems, AI, and semiconductor technologies. He is currently General Manager of Hanic Pte Ltd and has advised ventures including Astrum Mobile, Orion Advisory, and Meta. Previously, he was Founder and CEO of Whizpace and Head of Wireless Systems at A*STAR's Institute for Infocomm Research. He has mentored at the Founders Institute, contributed to Singapore's Infocomm Media Masterplan, and received the IEEE N3XT Stars and ASEAN Outstanding Engineering Achievement Awards.

He also serves as an Advisor at Antler and a Clinical Skills Facilitator at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. A serial entrepreneur, he founded Tech Brew, co-founded Test At Home and Enable Healthcare, and served as Medical Director at Ubie.

Former Financial Sector Regulator Experienced Board Director

Kim Leng stepped down from full-time work at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in 2018 after 25 years of service. As Assistant Managing Director of the Banking and Insurance Group, he oversaw supervision of banks, insurers, and finance companies, and led anti-money laundering supervision across the financial sector. He received the Public Administration Medal in 2014 for outstanding efficiency, competence, and industry. Today, he serves on the boards of several listed companies and financial institutions and advises a regional central bank.

Rennie is Managing Director and Head of the Financial Institutions Group (Singapore), and a Regional Head at one of ASEAN's largest banks. With over 25 years of experience in corporate and investment banking, he has held senior roles at ANZ, Lloyds, RBS, ABN AMRO, DBS, and Citi. He brings deep expertise in institutional banking, capital markets, and financial solutions for banks, insurers, and fintechs across Asia. He holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Manchester, UK.
